What is drop ship ?
All of Mmotoys’ customers can drop shipping product from here to worldwide countries with no additional charge.

Register on our online shop website, when your make drop shipping order, you can have many shipping addresses as you like on your Mmotoys-center account. For previewing shipping costs, you can put single product items into your shopping cart and looking on the shipping calculation. If you want to make a volume quantity drop ship order to several different shipping addresses, please do not use the shipping cost calculation for the entire order. You need to preview the shipping cost per product item, per shipping destination and add all of the shipping fees items to the total.

When you order, please feel free to declare in the shipping comments with Drop Shipping to Customer information. When we confirm your order, we will send mail or phone to you to double verify the shipping address before processing the order.

We will not include any Mmotoys’ information along with the shipping parcel to your customers,as this will protects your benefit as a seller. If your customer has any using problem of the products which drop ship from us, or wants to repair, return or replacement a product, they will have to contact with you first .

How does drop ship work ?

Please Note:
If you are drop shipper, I recommend, you have to inform your customers that they have to know about the import duty rule of their country before placing order. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. Mmotoys can't responsible for the import duties and custom cost. As we are in China and not clear about the custom tax policy of your customer's country, so we don't know how to predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in their country when the goods passing their country custom. Although we will do whatever we can to help your customer minimize the tax if you have special packing or declaration instructions.

Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support in most of cases. If confirmed no problem, you have no need to return back to us. If confirmed any irremediable problem with the goods, we will suggest you to return them to us for repair or replacement, we will provide you our postal address. Any consult result, please inform your customers and you can provide our postal to him for returning back.

Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to wholesalers, who then ship the goods directly to the customer.
